Radish N’ Sprout

Here is one if you are looking to try something different with a bit of a kick.  You can substitute a bunch of radish sprouts for the radish.  Just remember to go easy on the radish… you can easily over do it and end up with a concoction you don’t want to drink.  Better to ramp up slowly on this one!

1 radish (small)
5  carrots
1/2 green or red pepper

Wash sprouts, carrots, and peppers thoroughly.  Trim tips of carrots and juice away!

Healing morgellon’s disease — with juicing?

I received this story a couple weeks ago and asked for permission to share it with you.

Hi Dave,

I have morgellon’s syndrome or disease and have gone to dermatologists but they thought it was just stress. I have or had these sores and lesions on my left side of my body. About 5 weeks ago I found your website and started juicing daily.

I usually do about 7 carrotts, 2 lemons, 1 lime, 1/2 beet, a few red grapes, 2 oranges, 1 apple, sometimes spinach or cucumbers or whatever greens I have available.

I have lost 20 pds. and need to lose a lot more—-about 80 more. Anyway the sores and lesions have started healing and I have found fewer and fewer fibers under my skin. I hope that it cures my disease but it may just be in remission, but I plan to continue to juice—-it seems as if my body craves it now.

I feel better and can think clearer—–my memory is still suffering but I keep praying that God will heal my body.

Juicing Recipe — Inner Calm

Here’s a quick one for you when you want a juice that is refreshing but not to sweet.

Inner Calm
1 carrot
1 red or green cabbage wedge (experiment with the quantity)
2 stalks of celery

As usual use organinc ingredients when possible, wash all your veggies, trim the ends and juice away!
